Due to the nature of preloved items, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We take great care to accurately describe each item and clearly note its condition. We encourage you to review all photos and product details carefully before purchasing. If you would like additional information or images, please contact us prior to purchase — we’re always happy to help.

If an item is deemed faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return postage costs for approved returns will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
