What to Expect

Thrift Be Told is a curated preloved fashion market focused on quality, carefully selected pieces and a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.

As a seller, you can expect:

We encourage sellers to bring a thoughtfully curated selection of pieces, present their space beautifully and engage with shoppers throughout the event.

Seller Space Options

Each seller can choose from the available booking options below. Space options and pricing vary depending on the event and venue. Please refer to the individual event booking page for availability and pricing.

All clothing rails, hangers and display items are BYO.

Single Rail Space

Accommodates one clothing rail up to 1.8m long. Ideal for sellers with a smaller, carefully curated selection of clothing. Additional rails, tables or large floor displays are not permitted.

2m × 2m Seller Space

Accommodates up to three clothing rails, with flexibility for shoes, accessories, baskets or a small table. All items must fit comfortably within your allocated 2m × 2m space.

3m × 3m Seller Space (not available at all venues)

Our largest option, accommodating up to four clothing rails, along with additional displays for shoes, accessories or a small table. All items must remain within the allocated 3m × 3m space.

Booking with a friend?

If you'd like your spaces positioned together, please message us after booking with both sellers' names. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Seller Expectations

Thrift Be Told is a curated preloved fashion market, with a focus on quality, well-made pieces across a range of styles and price points.

All items should be clean, in excellent condition and neatly presented. We ask sellers to prioritise quality over quantity and avoid damaged items or fast fashion.

Help us promote your pieces!

Sellers will be asked to provide clear, good-quality photos of selected items ahead of the event. These may be featured across Thrift Be Told's social media channels to build excitement and give shoppers a sneak peek of what's coming.

Please only book if you're happy to provide images when requested.

We also encourage sellers to create an inviting, well-organised display and engage with shoppers throughout the event. A little effort in presentation can make a big difference!
