We currently ship within Australia to the following states and territories:
New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.If you’d prefer added peace of mind, you can choose to pay for insured shipping, which includes tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or on public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us at hello@thriftbetold.com within 2 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
